Dear All,
I understand that you are running the Hungarian site in Beta mode, but still I have no idea why on Earth I have repeat my registration every time to access the Vaio Club...
The reason could be that I receive NO email based on which I could confirm my registration.
Could you fix it?
On the eSupport site I experienced similar problems: it was impossible to enter or copy the '@' symbol to the 'e-mail address' field, I had to use a Personal Wallett application to do so...
Rather ridiculous for a company of this size and reputation.
pls. fix it as well.
These annoying problems may only occur in Hungary, but still it does not increase my satisfaction level.
The Hungarian headers/text on this page is if terrible quality, please ask a professional to review it.
The recorded speach/tone of voice on the Hungarian Hotline is a joke, please record it again by using someone with a nicer voice.
