Click to Disc will not work - FW21L

Hi all,

Help! I'm tearing my hair out here...and I can't afford to do that at my age!

Click to Disc on my FW21L refuses to write to my generic blank DVD-R discs. I know the writer is fine because I burned my Backup Discs to these DVDs without any problem. I'm wanting to transfer video from my miniDV camcorder direct to DVD for archive purposes. Any help/suggestions will be greatfully received.

Bumping this one upo agaion cos I just did a complete system recovery - totally clean. I've tried expensive, branded DVDs both + and -, Rs and RWs with the same negative result!

Anyone else using this software successfully?

Have you installed the upgrade to Click to Disc - 1.2.52.09250 for your model?
