KDL-75W855C Issues with software. Netflix YouTube don’t work

The tv model KDL-75 don’t work Netflix either YouTube apps. Do you know how to fix it? I did restor from factory and nothing

I don't know, but I suspect that your 2015 TV does not have the hardware to support the latest Apps that keep evolving. I see that Sony stopped updates on your TV more than a year ago.

The quickest and easiest solution would be to add a modern streaming stick like Roku or Fire Stick.
