How do I connect a Wii to a KDL-37EX403

I have connected by Wii to my television but the picture is only in black and white. Can anybody suggest why this may be?

are you connecting via scart or component? also have you changed the wii video output in the wii menu?

im still waiting for my kdl-40ex403 to arrive, is there a tv option to change the component type?

Thanks for your help but I was being stupid. On further investigation I discovered another set of connectors at the side of the television. My only mitigation is that were not easily visible.
