New Message Icon Missing on Zylo

The "New Text Message" Icon went missing today on my Zylo after I connect it to PC Companion for the first time. How to configure it to come "alive"?

Hi,

Were you performing an update? It is strange that the icon disappeared. I suggest doing a Master reset.

When I first turned on the phone, it prompted me for software update but I cancelled it. Then I downloaded the PC Companion and connected the phone to it. It checked and stated my phone is up-to-date, no update has been performed. Since then, the "New Message" icon missing.

Anyway, I'll try to re-install the software using Update Service.
