How to see whether that X8 is cypress or synaptics without terminal Emulator? Any Ideas?

Can anyone here tell me how to define that the X8 is a cypress or synaptics? There's difference between both of these and because I heard the recent X8 is cypress, and the older ones is synaptics. while cypress can support full dual touch on what I see. but synaptic only supports single touch, but dx managed to part a fake dual touch inside.. Let me know ASAP.
