xperia M2 Dual update problem for Android 5.0-Lollipop

Hi,
My new xperia M2 Dual has the following update problem.
sony pc companion shows update available is (19.3.A.0.472)  Android 5.0-Lollipop , but when I tried to update , a dialogue box showing "current free space on the internal memory of your phone/tablet is 862 MB " , even though the phone is made factory reset.
Please help. Thank you.

It'll be wise to use PCC and delete everything on your phone, it will be a smoother experience

Settings > apps > all > sort by size > clear data and uninstall updates on the top 10, but PCC it's the way to go

@andyoff

that's quite odd, are you sure it's not referring to your computer's memory? either or, follow my suggestion and uninstall updates and clear data on the top apps (sort by size)

The M2 doesn't have that firmware released but the C3 dual does so do you have the C3 or something else

Don't think he knows what he's got that or he thinks if he flashes a lollipop ftf from the c3 it will work.

Based on his past posts, he has the M2 Aqua and the T2 so I'm not sure what's going on here.

Just checked and the same firmware version name is given to the T2 phone also
