Even though I turned on and off my Xperia M, it stays on secured mode and PCCompanion doesn't repair it. Who can help me with it?

In that case, safe mode is triggered by a defective volume down button. I suggest you stop by a sony service to have the device checked:

Secured = protected by a PIN/password? You can reset with PCC if you want.
Like safe mode on a computer.

Two things promote the Xperia M going into safe mode all the time:
1) The cover and the button action, which is pressing to much on the contacts.
This can be corrected for a few dollars buy buying a new rear cover. (may not be the solution)
2) The flex button circuit can be replaced.
This does require dismantling the phone, replacing the flex button circuit and then reassembling the phone.
I have had this problem with an Xperia M and fixed it by replacing the flex button circuit.
