The option is not available,I have replied to other users in the past about it in M2 and it is not there. See here:

What's your customization number - To find it dial *#*#7378423#*#* then open Service info then Software info and reply with the 8 digit number - I'm thinking it could be a firmware issue possibly network related and they may have forgot to remove it
