Unknown icon in my status bar

The red marked icon in my new xperia M2. What is the meaning of this icon??? & how can i remove it?Please reply....

No hearing aid option in call setting...NB : its kitkat(4.4.2)

Strange,I remember this occuring to some users before on E1.You should check how it is in safe mode:

This is the Hearing Aid icon....go to Settings - Call & scroll down to Hearing Aids & make sure its unticked :smileysmileywink:
