reset always to just once in xperia M

By mistake i clicked always instead of just now while sending a song
now i want to send a song to some other application

so can you please help me to reset it ..

Settings > apps >all > look for the app > clear defaults

If this does not help, just go to settings-apps-all,tap on settings (3 dots) and reset app preferences.
