Rename photos?

I've tried transferring pictures from my device to my sd card but only some have moved over. I'm wondering if name clashes with picture files already on the sd card is preventing transfer. If so, how do I rename them before trying to transfer again?

You will have to use the file commander to transfer them and/or to change the name, one by one, check the playstore, there might be an app that might be able to rename them all. 

if you open the file commander > long press a photo > more > Rename
