Problem with Xperia M2: When I charge it, It suddenly starts to show a promotional video

Hi everyone!

I bought a Xperia M2 last week, and since then it has only problems. Firstly, when I charge it, the screen suddenly starts to show a promotional video about the mobile phone. Then, the home screen looks like the first time I turn on the mobile: all of the widgets have moved. In addition, all of the settings (wireless and networks like Wi-Fi, bluetooh, mobile data traffic...) the sound, the location... have actived too.

What can I do?

I can't find any help on Internet.

You have enabled demo mode. To turn it off ,type: *#*#73556673#*#*.

Try settings-apps-all-smart connect,force stop and clear data. See how it is.

If the above doesn't help either, you have bought a demo unit and you should request the money back or have the device replaced.
