problem sim card 4.4.2

Hi,

my phone got the update and after the error, the sim does not work.... search operator, operator ok, sim dooes not singing with operator. Other sim card it´s ok, only T-mobile problem.. before update sim ok.  android 4.4.2

Phone - restar, factory reset, reinstall over pc...no change error...

Please, Can you help me? 😞

You should contact them,maybe you need a new SIM.

I have the same problem. sim is working. in another phone works

I think you should try to change network mode to GSM only and see how it is.
