Phone plays automatic movie when plugged in

Hi guys,

I've recently bought the Sony Xperia M2 and have a problem with it. Every time I plug the phone (either to load the battery or when it's connected to my laptop), the phone automatically turns on Wifi and Bluetooth and begins playing the M2 promo-film. It keeps on doing that untill I manually turn everything off, and even then it sometimes re-begins.

After loading (or unplugging the phone) the battery, I find all the apps I placed on my 'desktop' to be gone and replaced by Sony's "What's new"...

This is very annoying as I would like to keep the settings I put in myself and want the phone to load up without having to watch the promo-film all the time! Can anyone help me remove this please???
