Hi Guys,
I posted about this in another forum a few days back but no luck with a solution.
I had my UK M4 aqua last Friday and every morning, but one, the phone not wake with the power button, i have to hold power/volume to boot up. I have tried a factory reset but that has not helped and yesterday evening had it happen in the day when i had not touched the phone for a few hours.
On the other forum only one other user had a similar problem so do you think it maybe a hardware issue. It does seem like a deep sleep bug but phoning Sony this morning they had not heard as yet of this problem.
Any help would be great, thanks.

@uliwooly,
Thanks, i have a hour spare so will try that out and report back. I did make a ftf yesterday to flash but with phoning the seller this morning they have agreed to replace it as it is only a few days old. Before the collection, probably a few days, i do not mind testing a few things a ive got nothing to lose really. Hopefully i can find a solution so it does not have to be returned.
Thanks, Ricky.
Edit.... I have repaired phone so will see how it goes.
The phone this morning woke with one touch of the power button which is great and had no deep sleep issues yesterday evening either. Hopefully the repair has done the job.
One other thing if you can help is my battery stats chart is not keeping real time and makes no sense to me, here's a screen ahot....

That was taken this morning around 7.30.
Thanks, Ricky.
Hi,
Second morning in a row that the phone has started ok and again yesterday no issues. I have had my returned authirised but i have 14 days to do it, so for now i will keep this phone for a few days more as it is looking more likely that is has been repaired. Fingers crossed that i not have to return it
Can anyone explain the battery stats please?
Looks like pc repair has done it's job as i have had no further issues,so a big thanks uliwooly for the advice. Also the battery stats have sorted themselves out after a full charge.
I can now get on with enjoying my phone so once again thanks mate.:smileysmileythumbsup:
