Yes, that is correct. Xperia M2 does have an illumination bar.
Not sure if it's the same but I have seen different colours at the bottom when using Walkman - I have seen Blue and a Red/Pink colour

So it meant there is a illumination bar in M2?
And is it RGB?

Okay thanks!
Hi,
As far as I know, it's not possible as standard to change the color. Perhaps a third party application can make it possible. You can check on Google Play for an app like Light manager or similar.
Hello Everyone,
I am having a problem recently with my phone. Recently I downloaded the upgrade for Kit-Kat 4.4.4, and it was working all fine, untill suddely after a few days I see that the Notification Light Bar at the bottom of the phone is not blinking at all. I had been using Xperia authorized app for the Light Bar, its called LightBar XPERIA. Link for the app is given below :

I am not using the Stamina Mode and Notification Light Bar mode is also on under settings. I tried to reboot several times but the result was the same.
Can any one help me on this issue, please.
Thank You
Syedul Bashar.
Yes, the colors can be changed and used for different notifications and there is a Xperia authorized app available for it. It;s called Light Bar Xperia.....here is the link below :

Normally I'd say uninstall the app and then reinstall and test or open Settings then apps and swipe to all then locate and open the app and tap Force stop then Clear both cache and data then reboot and test - or a more drastic measure would be to perform a system reset or system repair, but I am also intrigued as to where it says it's an authorized Xperia app as this is not listed as authorized that I can see
