How to stop talking clock in xperia m2 dual

Hi,
How to stop talking clock (frequently talking for every 15 minutes ) in xperia m2 dual , which is quite annoying. All accessibility settings are in off position , any solution please . Thank you.

Trial and error, you will have to go one by one until you find it, it could be a clock, alarm, notification app, it could be a reminder, etc.

yes , I logged in safe mode , now no talking clock voice is heard. Then how to detect which third party application is causing the problem , to uninstall that application.
