How to block a certain number in M4 aqua?

Somebody's been calling and texting me with very unlikely messages. I'd like to block his phone number. How to do it in M4 aqua? Thanks

I see..that's quite a hassle..unlike samsung and windows phone i had before.

There is another way - Save the number as a contact then edit said contact and select always send to voicemail

From the home screen, tap the Apps icon. Tap Contacts. Tap the Add a contact icon. Edit the required contact, name and number to be blocked. Tap the Menu icon. Tap All calls to voicemail. Tap Done.
