Do you have enough internal space ?
Settings > apps > what do you see at the bottom?
First of all I suggest that you clear data and uninstall updates for Google Play Store. Go to settings > apps > all > Google Play Store > clear data/uninstall updates. Restart the phone and try to download again.
If you still experience the same behavior I suggest that you try downloading an application when connected to another internet connection (WiFi/mobile network).
Anytime, every now and then go to
settings > apps > all > vine/instagram/play music/pandora/etc and clear cache
Hello! I have recently purchased the sony experience M nd I am experiencing the same technical problems when downloading apps. I tried clearing data from google play store, however the issue persists. Any advice would be greaty appreciated!!! Thank you
