only had this phone a week and its just dead. it was working fine one minute then screen went blank ive tried turning it on but its not responsive , tried leaving it on charge over night still nothing there is still a red light flashing but when its plugged in to the charger its not doing anything tired the on button and volume up but nothing help? or will i have to go back to carphone warehouse ?
Did you try the hard reset.. Near your sim Slot there will be a small hole use a pin or needle to insert it into it.u phone should be turned of spontaneously... Now boot it
Remove both SIM and SD cards > connect the phone to a wall charger > press and hold power & volume up for 15 seconds > let the phone charge for 3 hours
