You should try settings-apps-all,tap on 3 dots and reset app preferences. Check again.
Does it not give the option of Album and as for cropping if the image is larger than the size required then cropping will pop up as required
@aimeemartinezj
1) Go to album app of the phone.
2) Choose the desired photo.
3) On top right side of the screen, you will see three vertical dots. Click it.
4) click "Use As", and then click "Wallpaper".
Also, if you have updated the "Photo Editor", You won't have to crop the photo.
3 dots is just a funny way of saying settings (which is found in the upper right corner).
@alexdon
Oh, I get. And yes, I've found it.
Unfortanely, that deleted every single configuration I've had made (obviously).
But, it made me realize that the Photos option is a Google+ feature, and dissapeared when I disabled the app (I don't use it, so I disabled it to make more RAM available).
So, thank you for your help!! I can now use the Photos option again when trying to change my wallpaper
Now that is nice to hear.
