Changing language on encrypted start screen

Hi

I have an M2 dual, which has been encrypted.

When I start the phone it displays in Chinese.

Does anyone know how to change this to English?

you need to access the phone 

settings > language & input

The language under settings is already set as English.

Just to clarify when the phone is up and running it is all in English

It is only on the encryption screen that it is in Chinese
