Try performing a system repair using PC Companion as this will often fix issues - This will factory reset your phone and erase all data so best to backup before you begin

Switch off your phone and unplug from Pc (Hold volume up and power for around 10 seconds)
Start PC Companion and select Support zone then Update my phone/tablet then in Blue Repair my phone/tablet and follow the on screen instructions - When prompted connect your phone still switched off holding volume down or back button - This should start the repair or reformat process

If you are using Windows 8/8.1 or a 64bit operating system then adjust the settings for PC Companion and run in compatibility mode and chose Windows 7 or XP

Hi GhostRider,

Discussion Welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines

This could be a third party app causing the problem, I suggest a boot in to Safemode first to see if the issue continues.

Safemode instructions.

Let us know how you get on.

Hello ,

On the process of recovering the phone, I installed PC companion and it raised one pop up for upgrade to same release which is already installed in my phone.

I did upgrade and before the process start unchecked the "Noise Supression feature with dedicated mic".

Problem solved after the sucessful upgrade. Though, I don't understand the reason behind still the same release to same release upgrade helped here.

But, when I receive call now I can hear uneasy noise and just I don't want to enable that feature again and mess up the phone.

Thanks again for your reply.

I did check in google and other respective forums before raise the query here to seek advice whether this is observed with some other user or past exprience.

I am not fancy about -any- of the third party apps.

Anyways, thanks for your message.
