Sony Xperia L1 G3312 Stuck on boot screen and can't detect WiFi-HELP!

I need help with my L1, at first the problem is just the wifi will automatically off and i cant turn it back on. Before restarting the phone about 4-5 times will fix the problem, but last night my wifi automatically gone and tried to restart it but I was stuck on Boot Screen (see image). I already tried to fix the screen loop with Sony Companion it was fixed on the 1st start after the repairing process,but the still the wifi cannot be detected or turn on so I tried to restart again and the boot screen problem comes back. Tried flashing the phone and install new firmware it didnt help at all.Im desperate for answers right now pls help.

Tried to force the device to restart or shut down

1. Press and hold down the power key and the volume up key at the same time for 6 seconds. Your device vibrates once. Depending on whether you wish to force the device to restart or shut down, proceed as follows.
   • If you wish to force restart the device: Release the keys at this point. The device restarts.
   • If you wish to force shut down the device: Continue pressing the keys. After a few more seconds, the device vibrates three times and turns off.
