Hello! My cell phone restarts the camera and the videos I record or play constantly. I have not been able to solve it by forcing detention and deleting cache and data from it

Just to clarify, what do you mean by it? are you saying that the camera force close and you have to reopen it?

does the camera settings reset every time you use it?

does the phone restart whenever you use the camera?

Lo que pasa al querer usar la cámara al filmar o sacar fotos es que pasados unos segundos se detiene. Como también al mirar videos, se detiene y vuelve a empezar. 

What happens when you want to use the camera when shooting or taking pictures is that after a few seconds it stops. As well as watching videos, it stops and starts again.
