Netflix on BDP-S380

The netflix site lists BDP-S380 as compatible with netflix but I can't see a netflix icon on the menu. How do I access it?

Hi, the BDP-S380 is not compatible in the UK. You would have to have a 2012 model player to be able to receive Netflix in the UK.

I purchased my BDP-S380 in 2012, why isn't the Netflix app supported?

Hi there

Even though you have purchased the BDP-S380 in 2012, it is in-fact a 2011 model Blu-ray player.
