I purchased something from the Sony Shop online and since ordering, the product has been out of stock. Not great, but that happens...
However, I was annoyed to see from my credit card statement that Sony have taken payment. This is not right, surely?
Does anyone know who I should contact to make a complaint? I can't seem to find any suitable contact details on this sony site except for a phone number for the shop. I will use this (when I remember the order between 8am and 6pm!) but could do with email address, too.
