Icons within my post do not work

For some reason when I am writing a post I am unable to use any of the icons within it e.g. when I click the emotions icon, it should drop down all the emotions, it now does nothing.  This happens with all of the icons in the above panel, none of them work.  I think it might be just me as I can see other people are using them.

Any ideas?

hahaha, oh that's ok, as long as there is plenty of love in the air, it's all good

And I know that Thal can be a bit of a flirt
