Hello,
Can anyone help me with an email or contact number where I can register a complaint? I have contacted customer service number of time via email and phone, but with no success.
I had purchased an extended warranty with Sony Vaio E14 laptop. I requested Sony on 14 Feb 2013 to cancel the extended warranty and refund the money. I can cancel the warranty any time in 45 days from the date of purchase. I have no idea what's going on as customer service is not responding back with a satisfactory reply. I wonder does it take so many days to refund a valid return request?
Is there anyway that I can escalate to someone who can address it?
