Hi do I need to send an European Guarantee Information Document to claim £50 cash back for the TV I recently bought. Also is the product receipt sent back to me.

Yes, you will need to send the European Guarantee Information Document (it does not need to be stamped or signed) along with your original sales receipt. These will be returned to you.
