Hi PLEASE can anyone help as I am a complete tech dino? I have just bought Sony WH-CH720 Noise Cancelling Bluetooth Wireless On-Ear Headphone and I thought I had connected them to Alexa successfully however I can only hear sound through Alexa device and not the headset. What have I done wrong please?
