Where can I buy Ebooks. Waterstones and WH Smith no longer sell to residents of ROI.

I bought an Ereader to puchase books. Recently WH Smith and Waterstones no longer accept purchases outside the UK. I am in the Republic of Ireland so where can I purchase Ebooks?

That's a bit of a b....r !  I wonder why - tax things, I suspect, or fuzzy legal things.........

Anyway, a good start is to visit MobileRead Forums and sign up - you don't have to to read the posts, but you can't link to sites etc.. if not registered. It's very simple and quick.

0n there you'll find details of loads of resources, safe websites for buying from all over the world, how to join the Phiadelphia Free Library and Singapore Library ! (Honest, they're really good !), a big Library of their own (mainly classics etc..) and basically all sorts of tips and ideas, like genre bookclubs, make-specific sections, ( you don't say what you have, but it doesn't matter anyway) and, BIG plus, details and links for various free books and indie sites. The compilation of sites for books alone is worth the "trip".

I sort of floundered around a bit at the start, but help from MobileRead, and posters on here, soon got me feeling happy !
