Shuffle mode in audio on a PRS-650

Hi all, can you help please.

I have uploaded audio files which play ok, but when "shuffle" is selected it only shuffles within an album. What I really want is "Shuffle all" so that I can play all my files randomly. This seems a simple thing on all other MP3 players that I have had but can't get this player to do it. Any ideas?

Hi,

I'm pretty sure there is only the one shuffle mode (as you describe) - just had a look at mine and found the same.  I guess this is because the prs650 MP3 player is not its main function - although I must say it does sound very good!  Sorry this isn't the answer you're looking for though....

As I suspected. Been working abroad for the past three weeks so I will try a few alternatives today using Explorer. If I get any joy, I will post it here.
