Reader fails to Connect

When I connect reader to computer (Mac) the Reader Library fails to recognise Reader and displays "Error", is there a fix?

I have the same problem. Did you install Lion?

If you have the new Lion or Snow Leopard and run 64-bit OS, you will need to use the new Reader software, it has been stickied on the forum   https://www.sony.co.uk/discussions/message/690244#690244
