The Windows XP user account I used to authorise my PRS-505 eReader has become corrupted so I am using a new user account. I can't read the books on my eReader as I am not authorised to do so from this new user account.
How do I un-authorise the ereader from the original user account when I can't access it ?
All help appreciated

Hi gshdtp
In order to resolve your problem, you need to ensure all DRM books are deleted from the reader and the PC, you then need to go through the process of the download again, this will complete the regitration of the USER>PC>Reader to the same account.
