No Entry Sign on PRS-505

Good morning All,

My PRS-505 wont allow me to do anything, whenever I select a number it shows a No Entry sign at the bottom of the screen (next to the speaker icon).

I have done a hard reset and still the same, any help would be great:smileyconfused:

I don't recall this coming up before - I think you'll have to contact Sony Support - unless one of our real experts has

slept off their Christmas pud and leaps in .

There's nothing in Search that I could see .....
