Is it normal for the ereader 350 to be hesitant (only a second) on page turning and using the stylus?

Is it normal for the ereader 350 to be slightly hesitant (only a second) on page turning and navigating around with the stylus? I can see a black back ground and white writing inbetween screen changes? would be greatful if someone could confirm that this is normal! Thanks

I had the same problem with my PRS-350 which I appeared to have 'corrected' by formatting the internal memory. (Home page, Settings, Initialization, Format Internal Memory).

This does remove all books, notes & any personal settings [Screensaver, Standby Time] etc so make sure you back everything up first.
