My PRS300 no longer displays all pdf files. Files are OK on PC and other readers, just mine! Any suggestions on how to fix this? I have converted files to epub and some work but others don't...
Hi, I'm new to all this myself and not very techie but have just had a similar problem with my PRS600. I think the issue is what version of PDF the file is as the manual I have seems to say v1.4 or earlier (I have 9 on my laptop) ! I've converted a problem file to rtf and it was fine so I'm going to try more. I do have some pdf that are fine so I shall leave those alone. Hope you get sorted ok.
Hi although your PC can display the PDF files does not mean they are correct for your Reader, if may be best to find a PDF Version Converter that converts PDF files between different versions. I am sure your search engine can help you with the this.
