DRM

Hello,

I have recently upgraded to a Sony PRS-350.I did have a elonex using the adobe editions library. I transferred all my ebooks over to the Sony library with no problems. I have purchased new ebooks and have read them both on the PC and ereader.

Today I have had 2 new books say they are DRM protected and several older books have come up the same.

Both the PC and ereader say they are authorised for adobe DRM content at my email address

I have contacted the store and have had new links issued but still no success.

I have tried deleting and redownloading the books.

I'm now a bit stumped on what to do

any help would be good

Make sure that the same e-mail yand password you used to authorize Digital Edition are the same you are using for your new reader.  Plug it in when the software is turned on and see if it ask you to authorize your reader.
