Hi,
Some of my eBooks (basically the older ones) started 'disappearing' from the library (was giving me the message "Unable to locate the file. This item has been moved, renamed or deleted"), so I contacted CS and told me that I should download the new version and I shouldn't have any issues. I did but then all eBooks disappeared. I contacted CS again, they gave me some hints, anyway, in the end, I saved all my downloaded books in a file on my computer, I removed the software and downloaded it again. I imported all the files there, I was able to see them and transfer the ones that I wanted on my eReader, however, after I shut the computer down, the books disappeared again! Help! Am I doing something wrong? I have Windows XP and I noticed that the Library doesn't work with 64-bit versions, however, I've checked and mine is 32-bit version, so that's not the problem.
Any help would be appreciated!
