Sony haven't provided contact details anywhere on the site (that I can find) for problems/comments relating specifically to ereaders.
Mine is broken!
I loved using it, was really happy with it, but one day after charging it up the display was all over the place when I switched it on and it hasn't worked since.
It's an older model than the one being promoted on the ereader landing page at the moment, but I expect a high value product - particualrly a one-fuction device - to be somewhat more robust.
Really looking for contact details of how to get in touch with Sony about this...
Thanks
Laura

Sorry this won't be much help. My Sony reader also broke after 15 months (but only after a about 6 books read on it) Sony UK (make sure you google UK) offer what looks like a very efficient repair service.
But when you get the details they want £28 JUST TO LOOK AT IT and give you an estimate for fixing it.
It probably wont be worth it but without spending £28 you will never know. They were totally intransigent about the fact that it was only just outside warranty. Like you I had hoped for something a bit more robust.
Its been back to paperbacks for me. At least you can use and abuse them and still read them at least half a dozen times
