Sony xperia c4 heating problem

My sony xperia c4 has been heating up automatically after using it for more then 15 mins..when ever i play subway surfers it heats in less than 10mins.I'm afraid that it may blast sometime.Can i fix this or should I replace my phone?

It's hard for me to say if there is anything wrong with the phone. The phone does heat up when using power hungry apps, but it should of course not be so hot that you can't use the phone. It does have built in functions to prevent over heating which will close down apps and eventually the phone when getting to hot. If you believe there is something wrong with the phone you can contact your local support to get information on how to send the phone to a service center.

Well then it seems like there's something wrong indeed. I suggest that you try to repair the phone software using PC Companion..

i am planning to purchase C4 duel in coming 3-4 days .. i am only worried about is heard it is having heaopting issue ..

tried in mobile store and handlled it for some 10-15 min and found some gud heating at top portion..

whats all your opinion ??

hi whats the latest update ? is ur problem solved..? .. i just checked with temp. measuring instruments .. temp. touching to 42-43degc. for 10min browsing .

I bought my phone xperia c4 dual yesterday..but nothing well...the main falt is my phone getting to much hot while using net,videos or mini games..this is big problem for me..sony behaves like other smartphone..i want to crush my phone..**bleep**. but there is no heat problem in previous xperia phones then why in this??????? Please help me

My phone heats up for everything mentioned above reasons, addition to that sometimes it heats up without any reason, it heats up when it is inside my pocket..

Going to re-install the Software.. if it does not work?

U both above please check if ur phone is getting full range..check by shifting phone in 2G mode...
