My 48" Smart 4K Ultra HD OLED Model Number: KE48A9B keeps switching off for no apparent reason? Says no timers are set. It’s random, and doesn’t seem to follow any set pattern - ie during Netflix or terrestrial and is really annoying. Has anyone any ideas please. Got it just under a year ago and it’s done thus from new.

Hi @ScarletMac, The screen may have been turned off due to [Screen saver] settings. You can change that if you press the HOME button, then select [Settings] — [Device Preferences] — [Screen saver]. I hope this helps

Hi @ScarletMac Have you checked that the idle time out (power off) is set to 24 hours and not something ridiculous like 15 minutes? You should find it in the Settings under Power & Energy. It kicks in after a period of no remote control input.
