Purchased Sony and set up in the normal way. I have Sky q and its linked by sky mini and HDMI into relevant port. It works well for several hours 4 + and then with any noticeable issue the screen goes blank, see image below.

After 5 minutes of the (static pixels) it then goes black and then picture returns. I have reset numerous times but the same happens again. 

Any suggestions or is the unit defective?

Hi,

Does the input of the TV change or is it still the same input.

If it's the same input then I would assume that sky box has an issue.

But could be a cable quality issue as well.
