CBS Reality app not working
- Hi
Have 2018 KD49XF9005. Only connected TV to aerial during initial set up. (Now only use Sky and WiFi for catch up-150mbps)
As you know, the CBS app is found via Youview screen, then Players. However, when I select this, screen says loading but then just blank screen. (All other apps
in same location work fine)
Has anyone else had this problem? I thought the aerial was only needed for initial set up?)

Issue remains. Not sure what you mean by “app support”? There is no CBS Reality app support that I can find. You’ll know that the app is embedded within YouView app on Sony TVs, so assume you mean that?
Can you clarify asap please.

If it's part of YouView can you find it when you go to Live TV & Catch up and check the apps in there? I think there was an issue recently with all the apps and you had to open them all from the inside of Live TV & Catch up.
