Is there a plastic film over the screen? Can’t see any edges to peel off . At bottom of screen on black boarder there seems to be a few ridges like plastic? Only see it when tv is off . Thanks

without seeing an image I can't tell for sure, but I would assume whatever you are speaking of is part of the panel, so don't peel anything off!

usually, just the frame has some protective film on it.
