Android 12 on a Xperia 1 ii app draw grid size changed to 4x4 overnight without me touching it!

A few days ago my phone upgraded to Android which was annoying enough with the pull down notification shade and sliders being 'nerfed' to useless, but I woke up this morning and the apps draw grid has changed to 4x4 - this didn't happen the same time as the update and don't know why it did last night. It used to be 5x6 I think.

So I have searched and the only thing I find is how to change it on Pixel, which seems to have options we don't, or on Samsung from years ago. Does anyone here know how to change my apps draw grid layout back to 5x6 please?

GO to Settings>Display and it's under display size. You must have increased the size one notch. Just set it to default and it should revert to what it was. I just tested it and it changes to 4 when increasing the size.
