Android 7.1.1 - win 10 1803 17134.167 64 - Toshiba Satellite Z30-A-1E9.
When I connect the Z5 to the computer, the popup window (on the phone) where I can select 'charge only', 'file transfer' and a third opton, keeps poping up only to disappear immediately. It is set at 'charge only'.
Some times it remains for a few seconds, but it does not react to touching the desired 'file transfer' option.
Please help.
