Hey All,
Having issues with the Sony Xperia Z5 compact. The phone turned itself off yesterday and since has been stuck in a bootloop. On occasion it will fully load, but only for 5 seconds or so before rebooting again. Once it freezes and reboots the light in the top right had corner flashes red 4 times. I have just forced power off.
Here are a few points.
- Phone is fully charged, when plugged in will show the battery and the percentage
- It will not boot in safe mood, just reboots again
- I have tried the computer companion Software Repair, partway through the process it comes up with an error message just saying there is an issue and to contact support.
- Tried to contact support but I just get a message that says they are "not available at the moment"
Any advice or thoughts anyone could give would be amazing!
